From building new homes to preparation for leadership positions, Gwinnett Tech’s Residential Construction Management and Carpentry program prepares you with a strong skill set to flourish in a wide range of construction careers.
This program includes a sequence of courses that prepare the student for careers in new home construction and the remodeling industries.
Students learn safe building practices and receive hands-on experience learning skills needed in residential building construction while developing skills in problem solving, teamwork, and communication.

Class schedules are designed to encourage student employment in the automotive industry while taking classes.
