Request Transcript

If you are a current student – Begin your transcript order by logging into your Banner Web account. Official transcripts are issued on security paper, or in a secure electronic format, and cannot be faxed. 

If you are a former student OR are having issues accessing your Banner Web account –  Please place an order for your transcript from Parchment, our third-party processing company.

The standard processing fee for an electronic transcript is $10.00 and $12.50 for a hard copy.

** Gwinnett Tech has appointed Parchment to accept online transcript requests and is no longer accepting transcript requests via fax, email, in person, etc. ** 

If you would like to view or print your unofficial transcript and are a current student, you can go to your Banner Web account. 

Effective Fall 2017, Gwinnett Technical College will no longer offer the 1st transcript request free of charge.

What if I need additional assistance?

Please call our Customer Service Department at (847) 716-3005 between the hours of 7:00 am and 8:00 pm Monday through Thursday and between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm (CST/CDT) on Fridays. One of our representatives will be happy to assist you.
