Emergency Assistance

The Gwinnett Tech Foundation offers emergency financial assistance to currently enrolled
students who are at risk of not completing their education due to financial hardship. These
grants are designed to help cover tuition and fees, ensuring students can stay on track with their
academic goals.
The Foundation is dedicated to breaking down financial barriers to higher education by
providing scholarships and emergency support to students in need.
Please Note: Students may receive tuition and fee assistance only once through this program.
Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be currently enrolled at Gwinnett Technical College.
  • Must have completed the minimum credit hours required by the specific grant.

Emergency Assistance for Unexpected Expenses
In addition to tuition support, the Gwinnett Tech Foundation provides emergency assistance for
unexpected financial hardships that may prevent students from continuing their education.
These funds are paid directly to vendors and are available year-round.
Important: Students may receive emergency assistance only once for a specific hardship.
Funding is subject to the guidelines and limitations of each grant.
