From building skyscrapers to preparation for leadership positions, Gwinnett Tech’s Commercial Construction Management program prepares you with a strong skill set to flourish in a wide range of construction careers.

This program includes a sequence of courses that prepares students for careers in commercial construction, contract administration and means and methods of construction.

A construction manager is involved in projects from the beginning including the design and planning stages. Construction managers have more comprehensive expertise including land acquisition, cost and quality control, cash flow, scheduling, and risk management.
